Shipping & Packaging

It is our goal to process & ship all orders within 5-7 business days of receipt of payment. Please note that during high demand periods, such as holidays, it may take slightly longer to ship your order.

Custom Orders / Made to Order Items:

Custom order items will take longer to ship, as the items will need to be made first. Please contact us before ordering custom items if the desired item is needed by a certain date.

Shipping & Packaging Materials:

All of our products are packaged and shipped in plain, unmarked packaging.
In order to be able to offer our customers consistently low prices, and in order to reduce the amount of waste we generate, we do sometimes reuse shipping materials from our suppliers. Reused material may include boxes, bubble wrap, packaging paper, etc.

International Shipping:

We do not currently offer international shipping
Once we start offering international shipping:
International customers are responsible for all additional customs charges, duties and taxes related to international shipping
Please Note that US law requires us to disclose the contents of the shipment on the customs form / label.
