Returns & Refunds

We do not refund/reship *missing* or *stolen* packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier, you will need to file a missing mail claim with the mail carrier. (If this is a recurring issue at your address, please request "Signature Required" shipping in the comment field during checkout).

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Slaveoutlet within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned unused in their original product packaging. We will cover the cost of return shipping if the return is due to an error on our part.

Please contact us through email for a Return Authorization Code before mailing back any items.

Items that are not returnable:

We do not accept returns for certain items. These items include:

• Insertable Toys (Both Anal and Vaginal)
• Gags

Refunds:

Refunds will be made to the payment method used at checkout. Refunds may take up to 15 business days from the time we receive the returned product. Return shipping time may add as much as 10 additional business days to this time frame.
