A very simple yet effective design. Simply slip the nipple between the two metal bars and twist the thumbscrew to trap them in place. The thumbscrews are fine-threaded for precise adjustment, and will not fall out even when the clamps are fully loosened.
Adjust the clamps for the perfect pressure. Then give them a light pull or tug for a nice, pleasurable sensation. Or give them a stronger pull for a slightly more intense sensation. The attached chain also is ideal for adding your favorite weights or a padlock to provide that extra level of sensation with every little movement.
The bar surface area of these clamps is roughly 0.75 inches long by 0.25 inches wide.
